In the 11:16 a.m. update this Monday (20), the Ibovespa was flat at 173,719.80 points (0.00%), while small-cap stocks showed wider swings. Among the highlights of the day, Recrusul (RCSL4) was up 5.88%, quoted at R$ 0.54, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) was down 7.89%, at R$ 0.35, standing out, respectively, as the biggest gainer and biggest loser of the session so far.
On the positive side, in addition to RCSL4, Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) advanced 4.04%, trading at R$ 2.06. Banco Pine (PINE4) was up 3.78%, at R$ 11.80, and Viveo (VVEO3) gained 3.57%, quoted at R$ 0.58. Among the five biggest gainers, Light (LIGT3) also appeared in positive territory, with a 3.41% increase, at R$ 3.34.
Among the steepest losses, after PMAM3, CVC (CVCB3) fell 7.38%, to R$ 1.13. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) dropped 5.13%, quoted at R$ 0.74, while Raízen (RAIZ4) retreated 3.45%, trading at R$ 0.28. Rounding out the group of the five biggest decliners, International Meal Company Alimentação (MEAL3) slipped 2.78%, to R$ 0.70.
Compared with the start of the session, when AZEV3 and GOAU3 were among the main movers and the Ibovespa was posting a slight gain of 0.16%, the index shifted to flat performance, while the top movers migrated to stocks such as RCSL4, HBOR3 and PMAM3 over the course of the morning.
