At the opening of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was up 0.16%, at 173,984.51 points, while shares of Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) advanced 1.20%, to R$ 1.69, and Metalúrgica Gerdau (GOAU3) shares fell 1.28%, quoted at R$ 9.28, in the first minutes of trading.
Among the top gainers at the start of the day, Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) led the move, up 1.20%, trading at R$ 1.69. Next came Unifique Telecomunicações (FIQE3), which rose 1.07%, to R$ 5.65, and YDUQS (YDUQ3), with a gain of 0.23%, quoted at R$ 8.63. Motiva (MOTV3) shares also ranked among the gainers, with a positive move of 0.07%, at R$ 14.62.
On the losing side, Metalúrgica Gerdau (GOAU3) shares were down 1.28%, at R$ 9.28, marking the sharpest drop among the main movers at the start of trading. CSU Digital (CSUD3) was also down, with a 0.47% decline, trading at R$ 14.70. These moves were taking place against a backdrop of a slight advance in the Ibovespa at the open, which was up 0.16% at the time of the snapshot.
