On Monday, July 20, 2026, Romi (ROMI3) reported that, through its subsidiary ROMI BW Machine Tools Ltd., it signed a contract with a global corporation from its client base to supply high-precision industrial machines, for a total amount of approximately R$ 200 million, based on the current exchange rate. Deliveries are expected to take place between 2027 and 2029.

According to the company, the contract will be included in Romi’s firm order backlog and contributes to the outlook for future revenues in the indicated period. Payment will be made in installments tied to the delivery schedule, with a provision for partial advance payment.
