Banco Pine (PINE4, PINE3) approved, at a board of directors’ meeting held on July 16, 2026, the cancellation of 2,000,000 registered preferred shares that were held in treasury, without a reduction in share capital.

After the cancellation of the treasury shares in 2026, Banco Pine’s share capital remains at R$ 1,270,485,254.43, and is now divided into 257,888,724 registered shares, of which 129,950,956 are common shares and 127,937,768 are preferred shares, all without par value.
