At the end of Thursday's session, the Ibovespa closed down 1.24% at 173,825.27 points, maintaining the decline seen throughout the afternoon. Among the biggest moves of the session, Anima Educação (ANIM3) ended up 8.81% at R$ 2.10, while Gafisa (GFSA3) finished the day down 10.20%, quoted at R$ 0.44.
On the upside, in addition to ANIM3, Recrusul (RCSL4) advanced 6.98%, closing at R$ 0.46. Ambipar (AMBP3) rose 6.67% to R$ 0.16, Light (LIGT3) gained 4.64%, ending at R$ 3.38, and Metisa (MTSA4) posted a 4.29% gain, ending the session at R$ 47.44. These stocks ranked among the five biggest gainers on B3 in this session.
On the downside, in addition to GFSA3 leading the losses, Even (EVEN3) fell 5.93%, closing at R$ 5.08. Moura Dubeux (MDNE3) ended the day down 5.55% at R$ 25.20, while EcoRodovias (ECOR3) dropped 5.02% to R$ 7.19. Banco Pine (PINE4) rounded out the list of the biggest decliners, with a 4.92% loss, ending the session at R$ 11.22.
Throughout the session, ANIM3 was already among the top gainers, maintaining moves close to the levels seen in the latest intraday updates. On the negative side, GFSA3 extended its losses compared to the moves seen in the middle of the afternoon, closing the day with a double-digit drop and remaining among the most pressured stocks of the week, alongside MDNE3.
