On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Rômulo Faccini Castanho reported that he increased his individual stake in common shares of Anima Educação (ANIM3) to 8.5979971% of the total shares issued by the company. Together with the other members of the controlling group, signatories of the shareholders’ agreement filed at the company’s headquarters, the stake came to represent 36.9748176% of the common shares.

According to the notice, the acquisitions of common shares are not intended to change the composition of the controlling ownership nor the management structure of Anima Educação.
