In its preliminary operational results for the second quarter of 2026, released on Monday, July 13, 2026, Eztec (EZTC3) reported that in the first half of 2026 it reached the highest volume of launches in its history, with General Sales Value (VGV) %EZ of R$ 1.7 bn, an increase of 53.5% compared to the first half of 2025. In the same period, net sales totaled R$ 1.2746 bn, up 47.3% year over year.
In 2Q26, the company launched three projects in the São Paulo metropolitan area, totaling R$ 773 mn in VGV %EZ. The highlight was GranResort, in São Caetano do Sul, with VGV %EZ of R$ 457 mn and 41.4% of units sold by the end of the quarter. Also launched were Azzure Resort Life, in Osasco, with VGV %EZ of R$ 199 mn and 54.9% sold, and the third phase of Reserva São Caetano Bosque, with VGV %EZ of R$ 117 mn and 32.8% sold as of June 30, 2026.
Eztec’s gross sales in 2Q26 were R$ 675.1 mn, up 21.0% versus 2Q25, while net sales reached R$ 577.6 mn, an increase of 18.2% on the same comparison basis. Considering 1H26, gross sales totaled R$ 1.4351 bn and net sales reached R$ 1.2746 bn, also the highest half-year volumes in the company’s history, with increases of 47.7% and 47.3%, respectively, compared to 1H25.
Breaking down by type of inventory in 2Q26, net sales of launches reached R$ 408.1 mn, up 59.4% versus 2Q25, while sales from completed inventory (finished projects) totaled R$ 101.1 mn in the quarter and R$ 203.5 mn in the half-year, a 42.0% increase over 1H25. Sales of properties under construction came to R$ 68.3 mn in 2Q26 and R$ 132.7 mn in the half-year to date.
Eztec’s total inventory closed 2Q26 at R$ 3.313 bn in VGV %EZ, an increase of 21.8% compared to 2Q25, driven mainly by the pace of launches over the last 12 months. Of this amount, R$ 943.2 mn corresponds to launches, R$ 1.1647 bn to projects under construction and R$ 1.2051 bn to completed inventory, the latter practically doubling from the R$ 608.9 mn recorded a year earlier.
