On Monday, July 13, 2026, Rede D'Or São Luiz (RDOR3) reported that it has completed the contribution of certain properties owned by the group, located in the São Conrado neighborhood in the city of Rio de Janeiro, to the Atlântica D'Or hospital network. The transaction takes place after the fulfillment of the agreed conditions precedent.
According to the company, Atlântica D'Or is a corporate partnership in which Rede D'Or acts as the hospital operator with a 50.01% stake, while Atlântica, a company indirectly controlled by Bradsaúde S.A., holds 49.99%. The contributed properties will be used for the construction, development, and operation of Hospital São Conrado D'Or, for which the contribution of the properties in São Conrado had been announced on May 26, 2025.
