Neogrid (NGRD3) reported this Tuesday, July 14, 2026, that the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has approved the cancellation of its registration as a category A issuer of securities, following the Unified Tender Offer for Shares for acquisition of control and deregistration, whose notice was published on May 7, 2026 and settled on May 29, 2026.

With this decision, the company becomes privately held and its shares cease to be traded on B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão or on any other organized market.

Neogrid also reported that, at an appropriate time, it will call an Extraordinary General Meeting to deliberate on the compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in circulation.
