On Monday, July 13, 2026, Bradsaúde S.A. (SAUD3) reported that Atlântica Hospitais e Participações S.A., a company indirectly controlled by Bradsaúde and focused on hospital investments, completed in 2026 the closing of a transaction that includes certain real estate assets of the Rede D'Or São Luiz S.A. group in the Atlântica D'Or partnership, for the construction and future operation of a hospital in the São Conrado neighborhood, in the city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The hospital’s medical management will be under the responsibility of Rede D'Or.
According to Bradsaúde (SAUD3), the existing corporate structure of the partnership will be maintained, with a 50.01% stake for Rede D'Or and 49.99% for Atlântica. The company stated that the expansion of the partnership is aligned with Atlântica’s strategy of investing in the healthcare value chain through partnerships with companies established in hospital operations, reinforcing Bradsaúde’s role as a consolidator of the healthcare ecosystem of Organização Bradesco.
