On Monday, July 13, 2026, Fras-le Mobility (FRAS3) approved the distribution of interest on equity (JCP – Juros sobre Capital Próprio) in the gross amount of R$ 0.251577 per share, relating to the 2026 fiscal year. The total amount to be paid is R$ 69,771,130.19, which may be offset against dividends for the 2026 fiscal year, as resolved at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders of record as of July 16, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, and the company’s shares will trade “ex-rights” as of July 17, 2026.
The net amount to be received by shareholders will be R$ 0.213840 per share, after withholding 15% income tax at source, except for the exemptions provided for by law.
Payment is scheduled to begin on August 24, 2026 and will be made by Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A., with automatic credit for shareholders who hold a checking account or who have provided their CPF or CNPJ and bank account details to the registrar. Shareholders with shares held in custody at B3 will receive the JCP through their custody agents.
