Fras-le Mobility (FRAS3) reported on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, that preliminary, unaudited consolidated net revenue reached R$ 440.7 million in September 2026, totaling R$ 1,380.7 million in the third quarter of 2026. Year-to-date through September 2026, net revenue amounted to R$ 4,015.5 million.
Compared to the same period in 2025, consolidated net revenue for the third quarter of 2026 fell 2.4% from the R$ 1,414.1 million recorded in 3Q25. Year-to-date through September, the decline was 2.2% versus the R$ 4,105.9 million reported in 2025.
The company also reported that, as disclosed in the market announcement dated July 20, 2026, it will stop publishing consolidated net revenue on a monthly basis as of 2027. The last announcement in this format will reference November 2026.
