With these transactions, the company came to hold 150,638,100 shares outstanding (excluding treasury) and a total of 3,912.0 BTC in reserves. According to the company, the BTC-per-share metric reached 2,597 satoshis per share, which corresponds to 38,507 shares per Bitcoin, generating gross Bitcoin yield of 0.25% for the week, 0.46% in the third quarter of 2026, 13.36% in 2026 year to date, and 16.07% cumulatively.

OranjeBTC stated that it resumed the buyback program after observing that the share price began to reflect a larger discount relative to its Bitcoin reserves. The company highlighted that the combination of Bitcoin purchases and a reduction in the number of shares outstanding increased the BTC-per-share metric to 2,597 satoshis and the gross Bitcoin yield for the year to 13.36%.
