Randoncorp S.A. (RAPT3, RAPT4) reported that consolidated net revenue reached R$ 1,132.4 million in September 2026, according to a notice to the market released on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. From January to September 2026, revenue totaled R$ 9,934.7 million.
Compared to the same period in 2025, when consolidated net revenue came to R$ 9,899.4 million, there was a positive variation of 0.4%. Considering only the month of September, 2026 revenue represents an increase of 3.3% over the R$ 1,096.2 million recorded in September 2025.
The company reported that, due to the discontinuation of Delta Global’s operations, the historical and comparative data in the revenue table were adjusted, excluding this company’s revenue for the respective periods. The 2026 figures are unaudited until their respective disclosure to the market.
As previously disclosed on July 20, 2026, Randoncorp will discontinue the monthly disclosure of consolidated net revenue as of 2027, with the last release in this format referring to November 2026.
