Taesa (TAEE11) announces departure of Implementation director

Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. (Taesa; TAEE3, TAEE4 and TAEE11) reported that, at a Board of Directors meeting held on October 14, 2026, the Implementation director, Jell Lima de Andrade, left the position.

According to the company, the technical director, Luis Alessandro Alves, will also serve as interim head of the Implementation Department. He has been part of Taesa’s executive board since 2021, previously held the same position between 2021 and 2024, and has more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector, working in operation, maintenance, and expansion at power companies.
