Morgan Stanley reaches 4.8% of C&A (CEAB3)

Morgan Stanley reported that on October 9, 2026, it reached a position or exposure equivalent to 4.8% of the total number of common shares of C&A Modas (CEAB3). The notice was received by C&A Modas S.A. on the same date.

In aggregate, through its subsidiaries and funds, Morgan Stanley holds 14,668,672 common shares of C&A. In addition, it holds derivative financial instruments to be settled in cash, corresponding to a long position of 125,970 and a short position of 1,641,449, which make up the declared exposure.

According to the statement, Morgan Stanley does not intend to change the ownership structure or management structure of C&A Modas.
