On Friday, October 9, 2026, Cury Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. (CURY3) reported that Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações reduced its equity stake in the company to approximately 14.97% of the share capital, after selling common shares issued by Cury.
According to a letter sent to Cury, Cyrela sold 350,000 common shares on the exchange and now holds 46,102,599 common, registered, book-entry, no-par-value shares in the company, equivalent to about 14.97% of the company’s total shares.
Cyrela also stated that, in addition to this equity interest, it does not hold any other securities issued by Cury, that the sale is part of the management of its equity holdings and is not intended to change the company’s control or management structure, and that it is not a party to any voting or securities purchase and sale agreements involving Cury, except for the Shareholders’ Agreement entered into on October 8, 2019.
