In the preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26), released on Thursday, October 8, 2026, Cury (CURY3) reported net sales of R$ 2,035.5 million, an increase of 11.4% compared to 3Q25. In the same period, gross sales totaled R$ 2,393.6 million in General Sales Value (VGV), with 7,416 units sold and an average price of R$ 322,800 per unit.

Cury’s launches in 3Q26 totaled R$ 2,123.1 million in VGV, up 6.9% versus 3Q25, distributed across 8 projects and 6,503 units. Cury’s share in these launches was R$ 1,858.6 million, equivalent to 87.5% of VGV. The average price of launched units was R$ 326,500, 12.0% higher than in 3Q25.

In 3Q26, the company recorded positive operating cash generation of R$ 253.6 million, growth of 8.8% compared to the R$ 233.1 million in 3Q25, marking the 30th consecutive quarter of positive cash generation. In the nine months of 2026 (9M26), accumulated cash generation was R$ 491.8 million, an increase of 35.8% compared to the R$ 362.2 million in 9M25.

Gross VSO reached 43.6% in 3Q26, 0.2 percentage point above 3Q25, while net VSO stood at 39.7%, a drop of 0.9 percentage point in the same comparison. In the year to date 2026, net sales totaled R$ 6,385.6 million, growth of 3.1% over 9M25, with net VSO of 67.3%, a decrease of 2.5 percentage points versus the same period of the previous year.

At the end of 3Q26, Cury closed the quarter with inventory of R$ 3,096.3 million, of which 98.0% in units under construction and 2.0% in completed units, totaling 7,956 units. The landbank reached R$ 26,108.4 million in potential VGV, an increase of 11.8% compared to 3Q25, with 83,021 potential units, of which R$ 20,156.6 million are located in São Paulo and R$ 5,951.9 million in Rio de Janeiro.
