In this afternoon’s trading, at around 4:45 p.m., the Ibovespa was up 1.28% at 208,879.62 points, while shares of Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV3) were up 49.51% at R$ 10.75, and MRV Engenharia e Participações (MRVE3) gained 20.68%, quoted at R$ 7.76. On the opposite side, Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) was down 5.21% at R$ 30.36.
Among the biggest gainers in this session, AZEV3 remained the standout and extended the gains seen in earlier partial updates of the session, trading at R$ 10.75, up 49.51%. Next, MRVE3 advanced 20.68% to R$ 7.76, after already featuring among the top gainers in earlier intraday updates. Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) climbed 20.59% to R$ 12.36.
Rounding out the group of the five biggest gainers at the moment, Lojas Quero-Quero (LJQQ3) was trading at R$ 2.88, up 19.50%, while Allied (ALLD3) advanced 15.44% to R$ 6.28. These stocks remained among the main positive movers on B3 in this session.
On the losing side, VIVT3 remained the biggest decliner of the session up to the time of the survey, falling 5.21% to R$ 30.36. TIM (TIMS3) retreated 4.98%, quoted at R$ 17.95, while Caixa Seguridade (CXSE3) posted a 3.27% drop to R$ 20.70.
Among the other notable losers, Track & Field (TFCO4) was trading at R$ 15.40, down 3.14%, and Vibra (VBBR3) fell 2.61% to R$ 36.57. Thus, the Ibovespa remained up 1.28% this afternoon, with contrasting moves among the main gainers and losers of the session.
