In Friday’s trading session, the Ibovespa was up 1.30% at 208,915.91 points around 11:20 a.m. Among the standout stocks on B3, Gafisa (GFSA3) was up 11.11% at R$ 0.50, while Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was down 2.76% at R$ 1.41, marking the biggest loss at the moment.
On the positive side, in addition to GFSA3, Raízen (RAIZ4) was up 8.82%, trading at R$ 0.37. Armac (ARML3) gained 8.11% to R$ 6.40, followed by MRV Engenharia e Participações (MRVE3), which advanced 8.09% to R$ 6.95, after the company recently reported cash generation of R$ 456 million in the third quarter of 2026 and net sales of R$ 3 billion in the development segment, a 30% increase compared with the third quarter of 2025. Positivo (POSI3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, up 7.95% at R$ 4.75.
On the losing side, after BHIA3, Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) was down 2.68% at R$ 31.17. CVC (CVCB3) fell 1.79% to R$ 1.65, while TIM (TIMS3) slipped 1.75% to R$ 18.56, amid recent news that Poste Italiane reached 87% of Telecom Italia, TIM’s partner. Rumo Logística (RAIL3) came next, down 1.72% at R$ 18.26.
Compared with the open of today’s session, when the Ibovespa was up 1.10% and Espaçolaser (ESPA3) was advancing 1.6%, the index extended its gains over the course of the morning, while the highlights shifted to GFSA3 on the gainers’ side and BHIA3 on the negative side.
