Nefele and GPCP5 reach 4.94% of Grupo SBF (SBFG3)

Nefele Investments, LLC and GPCP5 – I Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia – Responsabilidade Limitada reported that, on October 5, 2026, they jointly came to hold 11,389,338 common shares of Grupo SBF S.A. (SBFG3), equivalent to 4.94% of the total shares of this class issued by the company.

According to the letter sent to Grupo SBF, the purpose of this equity position is exclusively financial investment, with no intention of changing the company’s shareholding control or management structure. The entities also stated that they do not hold other securities or derivatives referenced to Grupo SBF shares, nor voting agreements or agreements for the purchase and sale of the company’s securities.
