CM Hospitalar S.A. (Viveo, VVEO3) reported that on the morning of Monday, October 5, 2026, at around 5:30 a.m., a fire broke out in one of the buildings at the adhesive manufacturing unit of its wholly owned subsidiary Cremer S.A., located in Blumenau (SC).

The fire was brought under control following the response of the Fire Department and the unit’s emergency brigade. All employees present were safely evacuated from the area, with no injuries reported.

According to the company, the incident resulted in property damage and the suspension of activities in the affected area. Viveo is assessing the extent of the damage and the impacts on production capacity and on the supply to Cremer’s affected customers, having already notified its insurer.

The company also states that it is evaluating alternatives for the resumption of the affected activities and to mitigate the adverse impacts of the incident, and that it will keep the market informed of any relevant developments.
