Assaí (ASAI3) completes buyback of 11.3 million shares

Assaí (ASAI3) reported that it completed, in 2026, its third share buyback program, announced on March 27, 2026. The company acquired, at market prices, all 11,300,000 common shares of its own issuance provided for in the program.

According to Assaí, the shares will be held in treasury for subsequent delivery to participants in the Executive Partner Program and the Long-Term Incentive Plan via the Grant of the Right to Receive Shares, approved at the annual and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on April 26, 2024.
