Assaí (ASAI3) clarifies news about possible share offering

Sendas Distribuidora S.A., which operates under the Assaí brand (ASAI3), reported on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, that as of this date there is no decision to carry out a primary public share offering (follow-on), nor are there any ongoing studies or offering in preparation by the company, referring to an article published in the Pipeline column of the newspaper Valor Econômico about potential follow-on share offerings.

The company added that analyses or assessments prepared by financial institutions on their own initiative do not constitute studies conducted or commissioned by Assaí.
