Celesc (CLSC3; CLSC4) reported, in a statement released in 2026, that it received the resignation of Silvia Regina da Silva Marafon from the position of member of the company’s Board of Directors, on an irrevocable basis and with immediate effect.

In accordance with the bylaws and Law No. 6,404/1976, Celesc’s Board of Directors must appoint a new member to fill the vacancy, who will serve until the next subsequent general shareholders’ meeting.
