At the Board of Directors meeting held on September 30, 2026, RaiaDrogasil (RADL3) approved the distribution of Interest on Equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) in the total gross amount of R$ 159,800,000, to be paid by May 31, 2027, on a date to be defined by management. The gross amount to be paid is R$ 0.091390728 per share and there will be no monetary adjustment.
Shareholders of record on October 7, 2026, will be entitled to the JCP, and as of October 8, 2026, the shares will trade on B3 “ex-juros sobre capital próprio” (ex-interest on equity). Withholding income tax will apply at source, except for legal-entity shareholders that are demonstrably tax-immune or tax-exempt, who must submit supporting documentation to the company by October 9, 2026.
