Copasa (CSMG3) reported this Monday, September 28, 2026, that, in the context of the privatization process and its new status as a private company, it approved the new composition of its Board of Directors and Executive Board, with unified terms ending at the Annual General Meeting that will review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2027.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the Board of Directors came to be composed of nine members, with terms ending at the 2028 AGM. The following were elected: Tinn Freire Amado, Leonardo da Silva Lucas Tavares de Lima, Bruno Magalhães e Silva, Denis Jungerman, Felipe Dutra Cançado, Gustavo de Andrade Miranda, Gustavo de Oliveira Barbosa, José Formoso Martinez and Ralph Gustavo Rosenberg, replacing Carlos Alexandre Jorge da Costa, José Alvim Pereira, Márcia Fragoso Soares, Marília Carvalho de Melo and Roberto Corrêa Barbuti.

The new Board of Directors also approved today Copasa’s new executive board, with terms ending on September 28, 2028. The following were elected: Augusto Dantas Borges as CEO, Herbert Arnaud Dantas as COO and, on an interim basis, Engineering Officer, Marília Carvalho de Melo as Institutional Relations and Sustainability Officer, Adriano Rudek de Moura as CFO and Investor Relations Officer, and Cleyson Jacomini de Sousa as Commercial Officer, replacing Laura Petri Geraldino and Pablo Ferraço Andreão.

The company also reported that Tinn Freire Amado was elected chairman of the Board of Directors and that Leonardo da Silva Lucas Tavares de Lima will serve as vice chairman of the Board. Augusto Dantas will be Copasa’s CEO.
