On Friday, September 25, 2026, Guararapes Confecções (RIAA3) approved the crediting of Interest on Equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) in the total gross amount of R$ 30,000,000, equivalent to R$ 0.05968867830 per share, considering the common shares outstanding on the date of the resolution. The JCP payment date will be defined at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, and the amounts will be credited against the mandatory minimum dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Shareholders holding shares on September 30, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, and from October 1, 2026 (inclusive), Guararapes common shares traded on B3 will be quoted “ex-JCP.” The amounts will be paid without monetary adjustment and will be subject to withholding income tax (IRRF) as provided for in current legislation, except for shareholders that are immune or exempt.
Non-resident shareholders who believe they are entitled to a differentiated IRRF tax treatment, based on international treaties to avoid double taxation, must prove this status by September 30, 2026, by sending documentation to the bookkeeping bank Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. or to the Investor Relations department, in accordance with the procedures detailed in the appendix to the notice to shareholders.
