Cemig (CMIG4) reported that Cemig Geração e Transmissão S.A. (Cemig GT), its wholly owned subsidiary, completed on September 4, 2026 the financial settlement of the 13th issuance of simple debentures (debt securities issued by companies), non-convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional surety guarantee, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 1,000,000,000.00.

A total of 1,000,000 debentures were issued in a single series, with remuneration of CDI + 0.62% per year, a term of 2,557 days, and amortization scheduled for the 72nd and 84th months.

According to the company, the funds raised by Cemig GT with the issuance will be used to manage the issuer’s cash flow, including Cemig GT’s operations and the reimbursement of investments already made.

Fitch Ratings assigned an ‘AAA(bra)’ rating to the issuance, according to the notice released this Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
