Hospital Mater Dei (MATD3) reported in a material fact that, in 2027, it may keep in circulation shares representing at least 15% of its capital stock, after B3’s Executive Board approved the automatic and extraordinary extension of the deadline for complying with the minimum percentage of shares in circulation (free float, shares in circulation) from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027, due to the current macroeconomic scenario.

According to the company, this 15% percentage will remain below the threshold established in article 10, item I, of the Novo Mercado Listing Rules until December 31, 2027.
