Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – Sanepar (SAPR4) reported this Wednesday, September 9, 2026, that the Board of Directors, in an extraordinary meeting, decided to remove Marcos Domakoski from the position of Administrative Director as of September 9, 2026, and to elect Marcus Venicio Cavassin to the position of Administrative Director and Sergio Augusto Portela to the position of Commercial Director.

According to the company, the elected directors will serve a unified term until June 18, 2028.
