As of today, according to Grupo Casas Bahia, there are no conclusions or definitive findings from the committee or its external advisors indicating involvement by the company or its officers in the conduct mentioned in the news report or in related facts.
The company states that it repudiates any payment of undue advantages to public authorities, says it maintains compliance policies and periodic training for employees, and informs that it will disclose to the market any relevant information when the internal investigation is concluded, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
