Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. – under judicial reorganization (AMBP3) reported in a notice on Monday, September 2, 2026, that the General Meeting of Creditors scheduled for that date, on second call, to deliberate on the Ambipar Group’s Judicial Reorganization Plan was suspended before it was opened, by a preliminary injunction from the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), in response to a request for anticipatory relief filed by certain creditors.
According to the injunction, the creditors’ meeting will remain suspended until the dispute related to the request for anticipatory relief is adjudicated. The injunction, after partial reconsideration by the STJ, also ordered the suspension of the running of the stay period from the date of the decision until a new ruling by the court.
Ambipar and Environmental ESG Participações S.A. – under judicial reorganization – stated that they will keep their shareholders and the market informed of new developments in the process.
