Bradsaúde (SAUD3) reported this Wednesday, September 2, 2026, that its indirect subsidiary Atlântica Hospitais e Participações S.A. entered into an Investment Agreement on September 1, 2026, with Grupo Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A. to include Hospital Biocor, in Nova Lima (MG), in the Atlântica D’Or partnership. Atlântica will invest approximately R$ 130,000,000.00 to acquire a 49.99% equity stake in Hospital Biocor, an amount that will be adjusted by the CDI variation up to the closing date of the transaction.

According to the announcement, the medical management of Hospital Biocor will be under the responsibility of Rede D’Or, and the partnership’s corporate structure will be maintained, with a 50.01% stake for Rede D’Or and 49.99% for Atlântica. Bradsaúde stated that the expansion of the partnership with Rede D’Or is in line with Atlântica’s strategy of investing in the healthcare value chain through partnerships with companies established in hospital operations, reinforcing the company’s role as a consolidator of the healthcare ecosystem of Organização Bradesco.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain customary conditions precedent for transactions of this type, including the required regulatory approvals.
