Compostella Participações Ltda., a company owned by members of the controlling group of Ânima Educação (ANIM3), reported that on September 1, 2026, it increased its direct stake to 10.92% of all common shares issued by the company. Considering the direct and indirect ownership together with the other members of the controlling block, the stake now represents 50.48% of the common share capital of Ânima Educação.

According to the shareholders, the reported transactions are not intended to change the composition of the controlling ownership or the company’s management structure.
