Anima Educação (ANIM3) reported in a market notice on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, that Compostella Participações Ltda., a company held by members of the controlling group, increased its direct stake to 5.578% of all common shares issued by the company.

Considering the direct and indirect stake together with the other members of the controlling group that are signatories to the shareholders’ agreement filed at Anima Educação’s headquarters, the consolidated position reached 45.13% of the common shares. According to the company, the shareholders stated that the transactions are not intended to change the ownership control structure or the management structure.
