On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, Qualicorp (QUAL3) reported that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, approved the completion of the succession process for the company’s Executive Presidency.

The Board of Directors elected Eduardo Oliveira, who held the position of Executive Vice President, to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Qualicorp, replacing Maurício Lopes, effective as of the date of the announcement.

At the same meeting, the Board of Directors elected Maurício Lopes as Chairman of the Board of Directors, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation, submitted on the same date, of Ricardo Bottas from his position as a board member. Murilo Ramos Neto, who had been serving as chairman of the board, will now hold the position of Vice Chairman of the body.

According to the company, these resolutions conclude the succession process announced on May 22, 2026, ensuring continuity of the strategy pursued in recent years.
