At a meeting held on August 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros S.A. (QUAL3) elected Flavio Mergener Salles to the position of Chief Commercial Officer of the company. The executive will take over the commercial division as of August 23, 2026, with the mission of scaling Qualicorp’s sales and expanding its multichannel strategy.
Flavio has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale commercial operations, including roles as Executive Commercial Director at Localiza and Omnichannel Director at Via Varejo, where he was responsible for integrating physical and digital channels. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and additional executive training from The Wharton School and Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD.
