Allied Tecnologia S.A. (ALLD3) reported this Monday, August 31, 2026, that it has received the immediate resignation of Cláudio Roberto Ely from his position as a full member of the company’s Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors recorded its thanks to Cláudio Roberto Ely for his contribution to Allied during the period in which he performed his duties.

Given the absence of an elected alternate, Allied will begin the process of seeking a new member to replace him, in accordance with its Policy for the Nomination of Members of the Board of Directors, Committees and Statutory Executive Board, and will keep shareholders informed of any relevant developments.
