On Thursday, August 27, 2026, Allied Tecnologia (ALLD3) reported that the funds Brasil Investimentos 2015 I FIP Multiestratégia and Brasil Investimentos 2015 II FIP Multiestratégia, managed by BRL Trust Investimentos, completed the sale of 11,111,117 common shares of the company, equivalent to 11.58% of the share capital. After the transaction, the funds jointly came to hold 26,415,000 common shares, representing 27.53% of Allied’s share capital.
The company also reported that shareholder Ricardo Radomysler came to hold 15,461,310 common shares, corresponding to 16.1120% of the share capital. Meanwhile, Marcelo Radomysler came to hold 7,041,744 common shares, equivalent to 7.3381% of the capital, while Renato Radomysler came to hold 5,483,447 common shares, representing 5.7142% of Allied’s capital.
According to the notices, the funds managed by BRL Trust stated that they are not party to a shareholders’ agreement or any other instrument that governs the exercise of voting rights in Allied and that the sale is not intended to change the company’s management structure, ceasing to exercise de facto control as of this date. Shareholders Ricardo, Marcelo, and Renato Radomysler also stated that they do not hold any other securities or derivatives issued by the company, are not part of a shareholders’ agreement, and that the transactions are not intended to change the control or management of Allied.
