The funds Brasil Investimentos 2015 I FIP Multiestratégia and Brasil Investimentos 2015 II FIP Multiestratégia reported that, after selling common shares of Allied Tecnologia (ALLD3) in secondary market transactions on the stock exchange, they now jointly hold 37,810,317 common shares, which corresponds to 39.4% of the company’s share capital, according to a statement released this Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

According to the funds, the transaction is not intended to change the management structure of Allied Tecnologia S.A., and the shares held by the investment vehicles are not subject to shareholders’ agreements.
