On August 25, 2026, Morgan Stanley reached a stake equivalent to 5.1% of the total number of common shares of C&A Modas (CEAB3), considering shares and derivative financial instruments linked to the company’s stock.

According to a notice sent to C&A, the position is made up of 14,693,994 common shares and 942,700 derivative financial instruments with expected physical settlement in a long position.

Morgan Stanley also reported additional exposure through derivative financial instruments with expected cash settlement, of which 43,800 are in a long position, equivalent to 0.01% of the capital, and 1,602,479 are in a short position, equivalent to 0.52%. The institution stated that it does not seek to change the company’s control structure or management structure.
