According to the statement, the entities within the JP Morgan economic group that hold the material stake are Banco J.P. Morgan S.A., with 26,676,937 shares, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, with 723,727 shares, and the Atacama Multimercado Fundo de Investimento fund, with 20,600 shares.
JP Morgan also reported that the increase in its stake is exclusively motivated by investment purposes and the hedging of financial risks assumed in transactions with clients, with no intention of changing the composition of Fleury’s control or management structure, while maintaining only the regular exercise of voting rights.
