Profarma Distribuidora de Produtos Farmacêuticos (PFRM3) reported in a material fact notice this Monday, August 24, 2026, that its shareholders BMK Participações and BPL Brazil Holding Company have extended, until October 5, 2026, the exclusivity right granted by BPL to BMK to negotiate a potential acquisition of company-issued shares currently held by BPL, under the Memorandum of Understanding entered into on November 4, 2025, as amended.

According to Profarma, completion of any transaction remains subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, as well as applicable corporate and regulatory approvals.
