Eneva (ENEV3) reported this Friday, August 21, 2026, that it has concluded a paid assignment transaction of a portion of the fixed-revenue credit rights from the Regulated Market Energy Trading Contracts (CCEARs) of the Porto de Sergipe I Thermoelectric Power Plant, which are valid until 2044. The transaction covers the fixed revenue from the CCEARs for the period from January 2030 to December 2035 and provides net proceeds for the company of up to R$ 3,000,000,000.00, at an all-in rate of DI+0.81% per year.
The assignment was carried out with certain receivables investment funds and is part of Eneva’s funding strategy. According to the company, the proceeds will be fully used for investments in the company’s projects, including new projects contracted in the 2026 Capacity Reserve Auction.
