Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) approved on August 14, 2026, within the scope of the third quarter of 2026, the distribution of R$ 196,992,000.00 as advance compensation to shareholders in the form of Interest on Equity (JCP), in line with the schedule released on January 19, 2026.
The JCP amount will be R$ 0.03450628312 per common share (BB common shares). Payment will be made on September 11, 2026, based on the shareholder position as of September 1, 2026, with the shares trading ex-JCP as of September 2, 2026.
The credit will be made to checking accounts, gold savings accounts or paid in cash, and shareholders with outdated registration data will have payment withheld until their information is updated at a Banco do Brasil branch. For investors with shares held in custody at B3’s Central Depository, the amounts will be transferred by B3 itself to the respective custodian agents.
In the case of JCP, income tax will be withheld at source on the nominal amount, in accordance with current legislation. Shareholders exempt from this taxation must prove their status by September 3, 2026 at a Banco do Brasil branch.
