Banco Santander Brasil (SANB11) reported that in 2026 it carried out an issuance of financial bills with subordination clauses, in private negotiations with investors, in the amount of R$ 600,300,000.00. The funds will be used to compose the company’s Tier II Reference Equity (PR).

The financial bills have a 10-year maturity and a call option starting in 2031, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The securities are authorized to compose the bank’s Tier II Capital of its Reference Equity, with an impact on its Tier II capitalization ratio, under the terms of BCB Resolution No. 122, of August 2, 2021.
