Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. (SANB11) approved at a board of directors’ meeting held this Friday, October 9, 2026, the distribution of Interest on Equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for fiscal year 2026, in the gross amount of R$ 1,500,000,000.00.
The gross amount per common share (SANB3) is R$ 0.19095423791 and the net amount, after withholding income tax, is R$ 0.15753724628. For preferred shares (SANB4), the gross JCP per share is R$ 0.21004966171 and the net amount is R$ 0.17329097091.
For units (SANB11), consisting of one common share and one preferred share, the gross JCP per unit is R$ 0.40100389962 and the net amount is R$ 0.33082821719. The total net amount approved is R$ 1,237,500,000.00, excluding shareholders that are tax-immune and/or tax-exempt.
Shareholders of record at the close of trading on October 20, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP. As of October 21, 2026, Banco Santander Brasil shares will trade on B3 ex-Interest on Equity.
Payment of the Interest on Equity will be made starting November 9, 2026 and will be fully credited against the mandatory dividends to be distributed by the company for fiscal year 2026, with no monetary adjustment.
