The current accounts receivable balance from the retail group is approximately R$ 19 million, which corresponds to 2.7% of the company’s total net accounts receivable balance as of 06/30/2026, according to its 2Q26 financial statements.

According to Positivo Tecnologia, this entire exposure is covered by credit insurance, contracted with two insurers operating in this market. The company states that it is closely monitoring developments in Casas Bahia’s situation and is adopting commercial and administrative measures to mitigate any potential impact, including triggering the mechanisms set out in the current credit insurance policy.

Positivo Tecnologia’s management states that, at this time, it does not identify a material risk to 2026 results arising from this exposure.
