Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) approved, at a board meeting held on August 14, 2026, the declaration of interest on equity (JCP, juros sobre capital próprio) in the gross amount of R$ 350 million, based on the balance sheet dated July 31, 2026. The gross amount announced is R$ 0.10952537999 per share, subject to withholding income tax at a rate of 17.5%, resulting in a net amount of R$ 0.09035843849 per share.

After tax withholding, the total projected net amount is R$ 288,750,000, to be imputed to the mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, ad referendum of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders of record at the close of trading on August 26, 2026, will be entitled to the interest on equity, and as of that date the shares will trade “ex-interest”. Payment of the distribution will be made by April 30, 2027, on a date to be set by the company’s executive board.

The per-share amounts may be adjusted based on the shareholder base verified on August 26, 2026, as a result of any share purchases under the current share buyback program. In the event of a buyback, the company will release a market announcement with the new per-share amount; if there is no buyback, the information in this notice will remain valid.

Shareholders subject to a differentiated withholding income tax regime, based on international agreements and treaties, as well as those that are tax immune or exempt, must prove this status by September 2, 2026, to the Shares and Custody Department of Banco Bradesco, the depository institution for the book-entry shares.
